Do you struggle with worry? Do you get the feeling that nothing -- not the hair, not the weekend, not the test -- will work out for you? The Bible tells you what to do.

Matthew 6:25
"Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?"

Jesus explains that worrying is unproductive, and that we should focus on the positive, more important things: like, God's love for us.

Jesus went through things none of us will ever have to. Did he resort to worrying? No. So when tough times come, don't worry about things beyond our control. Turn it over to God and use His gift of prayer to ask for guidance, and thank Him for all the things He has done for us.
